    You are indeed a gifted artiste! I have enjoyed your Isai Payanam programmes regularly, and have one constant complaint - they are always far too short! Have you cut any discs/DVDs of this wonderful musical journey through classical and film worlds?

    Chilax is the hot song now :-) and your voice is soooo mismericing and romantic and Even i am karthick fan i have to say this that you have over took karthick voice,you deserve it and i am listening chilax again and again just not only to enjoy the complete song but in between ur humming them thanananana ....them thanananana ....ah ahhh ah ah ah ah ah ah ...ahh ah ahhhh.... I couldnt stop rather than appreciate u :-)Keep rocking :-) Pls tell me is it vijay antony idea of humming or ur additional piece to the song? I have to identify it!!!!

Dear Rasika, The wonderful thing about Ragas in the Indian Classical music system is that they are unique, and each one of them have something that is typically only associated with them, that which is irreplaceable. It is easy to fool an average listener in a little game of "Identify the raga" in a post-dinner Carnatic music party, and chuckle as he identifies a Sri raga as a Madhyamavati or a Pharas as a Mayamalavagowla..but how many of us self-confessed aficionados of this great system really have a fool-proof method of unambiguously identifying, each time, every time, the raga correctly? I doubt very many of us do, and this includes the smug critic or the know-it-all mama-mami duo next door.
